Shipping to Canada was easy.

Was pleasantly surprised with the international shipping process. They calculated all the duties and taxes at checkout so there were no surprise fees when it arrived in Canada. The package arrived in about a week. Great experience.

Helpful online chat.

I wasn't sure if I needed a spring check valve or a swing check valve for my sump pump. Their online chat person was super knowledgeable and explained the difference clearly. They helped me pick the right one and it works perfectly.

Decent quality, but one fitting was rough.

I ordered a bunch of brass pipe nipples. The price was great. 9 out of 10 were perfect, but one had some rough threads that I had to clean up with a file. Quality control could be a little better, but for the price, I can't complain too much.

Insanely fast shipping.

I'm not sure how they do it. I ordered some PVC fittings on a Tuesday afternoon and they were on my front porch Thursday morning. I live on the opposite side of the country. Incredible service when you need parts right away.

Excellent website search!

The best part about this store is the website. The search filters are fantastic. I was able to filter by material, thread type, and pressure rating to find the exact needle valve I needed. Saved me so much time.

Wrong part sent, but good customer service.

I ordered a 3/4" check valve but received a 1/2" one. I was annoyed, but I called customer service and they were very apologetic. They shipped the correct part overnight at no extra charge. Fixed their mistake quickly.

Great prices for bulk orders.

Ordered 50 stainless steel ball valves for a multi-unit residential job. The pricing was significantly better than my local supply house. Everything arrived well-packaged and the quality is solid. My new go-to for project stock.

Perfect for my DIY sprinkler repair!
