Welcome to TrustProven! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TrustProven website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). Our Service is a platform for consumers to share their experiences with businesses and for businesses to engage with that feedback.

1. Your Account and Responsibilities
- Eligibility: To create an account and write reviews on TrustProven, you must be at least 16 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

- Use the Service for commercial solicitation or to post "spam" reviews.
3. Content: Your Reviews and Your Rights
Our Service is built on user-generated content. These rules are essential to maintaining the integrity of our platform.
- Content Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and post on TrustProven, including your reviews, comments, and profile information ("Your Content").
- License You Grant to Us: By posting Your Content on the Service, you grant TrustProven a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and publicly display Your Content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. - Review Guidelines: To ensure the quality of reviews on TrustProven, you agree that your reviews will:

- Not contain private or personally identifiable information of others (e.g., names, phone numbers, email addresses).
- Not contain promotional material or advertisements for any business.
- Our Right to Use and Remove Content: We reserve the right, but do not have the obligation, to monitor, screen, edit, or remove Your Content at our sole discretion and without notice if it violates these Terms or our content guidelines. The posting of a review does not represent our endorsement of its content.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding Your Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of TrustProven and its licensors. This includes our website's design, "look and feel," text, graphics, logos, and software. You may not copy, modify, or use the TrustProven name or trademarks without our prior written permission.
