To write a review, you first need to create a free account using your email address. Once logged in, use the search bar on our homepage to find the business you want to review. On the business's profile page, click the "Write a review" button, assign a star rating, write about your experience, and submit it. It’s that simple!

Not necessarily. Your review should be based on a genuine, first-hand experience with a business within the last 12 months. This could be a purchase, a customer service interaction, a visit to a store, or using a company's services. The key is that it must be your own real experience.

Yes. You have full control over the reviews you write. You can edit your review to add new information or delete it permanently at any time. Just log into your TrustProven account, navigate to "My Reviews," and you will see the options to edit or delete next to each review you've written.

Maintaining trust is our top priority. While we cannot guarantee every review is perfect, we have several systems in place to safeguard our platform. This includes requiring user accounts for all reviews, using automated software to detect suspicious patterns, and having a dedicated team that investigates flagged content. We also encourage our community to report reviews that seem fake or violate our guidelines.

If you believe a review violates our Terms of Use (for example, it contains hate speech, private information, or appears to be fraudulent), please report it. You can do this by clicking the "Report" or flag icon located next to the review. Our content moderation team will investigate the report and take appropriate action.

Your review is published on the TrustProven profile of the business you reviewed, making it visible to the public and the business itself. We believe engagement is key. Businesses can claim their company profile on TrustProven for free. Once your profile is claimed and verified, you will have the ability to write one public reply to each review. We encourage you to respond constructively to all feedback, both positive and negative.
