Perfect for our crowdfunding campaign!

We used Listbrowse to announce the launch of our Kickstarter campaign. The press release got picked up by several gadget and crowdfunding-focused sites, which drove a ton of pledges in the critical first 48 hours. It was a key part of our strategy.

Good distribution, some broken links in report.

The distribution was solid, and we definitely saw an increase in traffic. However, the final analytics report had a few broken links to outlets that supposedly picked up the story. It wasn't a huge deal, as most of the links worked, but it was a bit sloppy.

Great value, but the UI could use a refresh.

The service works, and we got the media attention we needed for our event. For the price, the value is fantastic. My only critique is that the user interface feels a bit dated and could be more intuitive. But for the results, it's a minor complaint.

The customer service is top-notch.

I had an issue with formatting my press release late on a Sunday night. I sent an email to support not expecting a response until the next day. Someone replied within 30 minutes and helped me fix the issue. Incredible customer service that went above and beyond.
