We had a tight deadline for a plumbing overhaul on a commercial building. Anix supplied all the check valves and gate valves. Everything arrived on time and to spec, which was critical for keeping our project on schedule.

Found the specialty alloy valves we needed.

We require Hastelloy C-276 valves for one of our corrosive chemical lines. Anix had them in stock, which is rare. The price was high, as expected for specialty alloys, but the quality and certifications were impeccable.

Ordering from Mexico, I was worried about customs and paperwork. The Anix team handled all the export documentation perfectly. The shipment arrived without any customs holds or issues. Very professional.

Good, but shipping was a day late.

The product quality is fine and the price was right. However, our last shipment arrived a day later than the tracking initially indicated, which caused a minor scheduling issue. Overall a good supplier, but that one hiccup was annoying.

I'm not a big company, just a small brewery needing a few sanitary butterfly valves. The sales rep was super helpful in making sure I got the right tri-clamp fittings and seals. Didn't get treated like a small-fry, which I appreciate.

Valves have held up great.

Replaced a dozen valves in our plant's water treatment system with Anix products about a year ago. They've held up perfectly with no leaks or issues. The build quality seems solid. Happy with the long-term performance so far.

Excellent technical support and documentation.

I needed a specific type of high-pressure butterfly valve for a new system design. The technical support team at Anix was incredibly knowledgeable and provided all the necessary spec sheets and material test reports (MTRs) promptly. Made my job much easier.
